I can’t see an image or graph on my test. What do I do?
If you can’t see an image or graph on your test, you should follow the steps below.
- Contact your instructor. Your instructor is the ONLY one who can make a decision on issues related to your test.
- Check your instructor’s communication policy and wait a reasonable amount of time for a response.
- Check your course messages and your Gmail account for any communication from your instructor.
- If you do not hear back from your instructor within a reasonable amount of time, contact the help desk.
